Iliza Shlesinger is an award-winning comedy actor, writer and author, who has sold out theaters around the globe with an ardent audience who are known for their unique Iliza-inspired swag for her performances. Hard Feelings Tour, which will include brand new material, is scheduled to debut in 2023. In 2022, Iliza released her 6th Netflix stand-up comedy special Hot Forever and her second book All Things Aside. She invented the term Elder Millennial in her eponymous stand-up show Elder Millennial (2018) which is also the subject of Iliza Shlesinger: Over & Over her fan-u-mentary which allowed viewers to go behind the scenes of her time on the road. Unveiled (2019), Confirmed Kills 2016, Confirmed Kills Freezing Hot 2015 and War Paint 2013 are just a few of her stand-up specials. Iliza offers her honest tips on living in the popular podcast AIA: Ask Iliza Anything. Iliza recently launched a new three-part series called Iliza's Locals which includes comics she enjoys in Los Angeles. The series is currently streaming on YouTube. Her life was strained due to her experience as a foster kid and a State ward. Being the offspring of a romantic extramarital affair, her parents never showed much affection to their daughter. In a party to say goodbye she was introduced to director and producer Spike Lee who approached her to work on a project. In the wake of being recognized for Do The Right Thing, her subsequent films featured White Men Can't Jump. In Living Colour was the debut show in which she won three Emmy nominations. Her fame was boosted in Broadway with her role of Googie Gomez, in The Ritz.
