Forbes magazine named Addison Rae as the top TikToker worldwide in August 2020. It is among those who is the most followed on TikTok. Addison Rae, in addition to being popular on TikTok is also well-known in the social media world of Instagram YouTube and Twitter. Her debut single Obsessed debuted in 2021. The single debuted at number 4 among New Zealand Hot Singles and the video ranked 6th on YouTube on the day of its release. Addison Rae was also nominated for some prestigious awards like the People's Choice Awards, MTV Movie & TV Awards, as well as the Kids' Choice Awards.
